Lembke has acquired over 5000 acre feet of water rights, significant pipeline
facilities, and over 4000 acre feet of strorage rights in the Platte River area, for
delivery of municipal water to locations in Adams, Weld and Arapahoe Counties.
Has purchased and constructed a major water reservoir on the Platte River in Adams
County, Colorado.
Has constructed a pipeline connecting the Platte River to Barr Lake in Adams County,
Colorado.
In 1996, Bob Lembke served at prime lobbyists for House Bill 96-1023. It
addressed water quality abuses in certain metropolitian districts. Bob drafted and
lobbied for the enactment of this bill which was adopted into law in April 1996.
